Thank you so much, I had been meaning to contact you and let you know how satisfied I was with the service. My dogs are like my kids and I was very apprehensive leaving them. Jim obviously cared and is enthusiastic about animals and sensitive to customers needs. He did everything required and more. Sending me an sms each visit really sealed the deal in terms my anxiety (!) and he did a wonderful job looking after Obi and Rose. Thanks again Lonely Pets and a BIG thanks to Jim and the wonderful service. I will be back and certainly recommend you to friends! I'm a breeder and a semi active member of dogzonline and I'll be sure to spread the word!

I was a little nervous when i had to leave Sadie and Ringo, but after meeting Julie i soon relaxed. She was very friendly and professional and it's obvious that she loves animals and her job. I'd like to thank Julie for taking good care of my two cats, they seemed very relaxed and happy when I got home, which is great. I really appreciated the text message reassuring me that they were fine as well - I always worry in case the carer has got sick, or forgotten, or there's been some disaster, so it really did set my mind at rest. I was answered by a service the first time I tried, very friendly, but no one called back that time - not sure what happened there. When I called again on the Monday, the service was excellent. I'm wondering if there is a Lonely Pets Club in Warragul, because I'll be moving there soon, and am not sure how I'm going to cope with holidays without you

I was so happy with the care that Julie provided, both of my cats were so relaxed when I got home and not phased at all that we had been away. That is a sign to me that my cats enjoyed Julie's visits and were not upset that we had left them and went on holiday, which normally happens when we leave them in a cattery!
