Lonely Pets Club Brunswick - Member Feedback

We have used the service for the past three years, and it's been absolutely excellent in every way - one of the best services we've ever used, for anything. We've now just moved to Ballarat, which is lovely, but we're faced with taking our dear cats to a cattery if we want to go away for a weekend. We are going to miss LPC SO MUCH! The cats will hate the cattery, and we won't enjoy our holidays quite as much knowing they aren't happy. If anyone were to set up a LPC franchise in Ballarat they would be assured of our support. Thanks again for adding so much to our Melbourne lives, and a bit thanks from Bertram and Delilah, who don't yet know how lucky they've been.

Nat went above and beyond to keep us informed while we were away. She is awesome. Everyone was very nice and helpful and great!

Nick is very professional and diligent in the work that he carries out. His communication skills are immaculate and that is very important when carrying out a service. I have put N/A to presentation because I have not met Nick in person although through my dealings i am sure his presentation would match his high level of service!

Sparkle is always more settled when I return after Nick has looked after her.

Dear Justin, Thank you again for looking after Ralph whilst I was away last week. Please pass on my thanks to Gill. Ralph was well and happy when I arrived home as he always is when your people care for him. I don't know what I would do without you! Kind regards.

She was really good :) I called her a few times while I was away and she was polite and helpful. Very friendly, extremely helpful :)

I was very impressed that Kim took the trouble to send me an SMS message part way through my week away to say that everything was fine and Tommy, my cat, was very friendly and affectionate.

I only met Suzanne and she seemed very nice and the dogs warmed to her very quickly.

Chris always does a fantastic job looking after Holly whilst I am away for work. For a dog that generally suffers from separation anxiety, I always return home to a happy, healthy dog. I am happy knowing she is being well looked after.

Fantastic! I went away knowing my dog and my plants would be looked after to the standards they have come to expect from me (probably even better) You made detailed notes of anything special and vet details etc and apart from all this you are really friendly and helpful and my perception is that you really enjoy working with pets and their neurotic owners!

The service provided has been reliable and professional at all times. Any concerns we have had have been followed up immediately and thoroughly. The current walker, Linda, is so wonderful with our large dogs. She always leaves a small flower to let us know that she has been. We trust her implicitly with our dogs and our home. Since Linda has been visiting our dogs, they have been more calm and relaxed. Similarly our previous walker, Fiona, was exceptional. Justin has always kept us up to date and informed, and assisted us if we have unusual circumstances which need accommodating. THANKS LONELY PETS CLUB. We have been recommending you to all pet owners we know, and will continue to do so.

Just a quick note to thank Lonely Pets and Fiona for looking after our Russian blues while we were away recently. It was the longest time we have left Zelli and Lex on their own and we were thrilled that they seemed happy and healthy when we arrived home. Thanks again,

The service is great! When we went away for the weekend to a wedding in March we were so pleased to be able to leave our Russian blues at home knowing they would be looked after and that they’d be in their own environment. Our cats are strictly indoor dwellers, so our house is their world! We had only ever boarded them once and even though the cattery looked great and the people were nice we were really upset to find that our cats were so unhappy at the end of it - our boy had visibly lost weight in only 3 days which led us to the conclusion that it couldn't have been a nice experience for them! We are really happy that we can use the Lonely Pets Club; so much so that we've booked you again for the June long weekend! It's a great idea and we hope that you keep up the good work.

We had piece of mind on our trip knowing that our pet was being cared for in her own home. We found your overall service excellent and would be happy to recommend you to anyone. (In fact I all ready have)

Cannot recommend it HIGHLY ENOUGH. It is a preferable alternative to boarding kennels. Holly was fantastic - she left a very extensive note for us as to how the dogs went. It is reassuring to know our dogs were cared for so well in our absence. It is a service operated by people who genuinely love animals- you can't ask for more than that. Very professional. Also love the added bonus of having the bins put out!!

It was a relief not to have to board Jeff at a catery this year. It saved us the time and him the stress of being out of his surroundings - mind you he was still upset with us for leaving him alone (Thank you for taking the washing off the line as well)

Your affordable rates were very attractive - it was the same price as boarding him with the benefits of having the plants watered and mail collected. I thought it was great, it was very reassuring to know someone was caring for Elektra, and that they were reliable and accountable. I think my cat was happier too.

As previously, Kim looked after Tommy very well and kept in touch with me while I was away.

Christine was lovely and I felt completely comfortable having her care for my cat. I will definitely request her again when I go on holiday next time. Usually my flatmate cares for my cat when I'm away, however with him away at the same time I was very anxious about putting Baci in a cattery. Christine was the perfect answer and I felt he was very well looked after in my absence. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were a delight to deal with. I think what you currently offer is fantastic.
