We have some complicated arrangements (with 2 cats and a dog and tricky doors!) Nick was great.

Punctuality is rated as not applicable in that I don't know when Nick came as I was away. I found Nick very personable and he contacted me by phone to check on things. The service was very accommodating of my change in plans and therefore days required, which was most appreciated. That flexibility offered by your service is fantastic. I was very happy with the service provided and had every confidence Fergus was looked after well.

Sally was very patient and understanding about my anxiety at leaving my cat at home instead of a cattery for the first time, and sent me text updates every day - I was very grateful! My cat was relaxed and happy when we arrived home, and I know she had been well looked after. I am very pleased with the service and would be happy to use it again.

Just want to let you know how impressed & grateful we are for the care given to our dog whilst away. Leaving our girl at home is never easy & having Nick help us out was very comforting. Not only did he take good care, his compassion & love for animals ensured Nelly was comfortable during storms & fireworks, both of which happened & both of which terrify her. He went beyond his duty of care & we will never be able to thank him enough. We must also mention how our neighbour was impressed with his dedication to caring for Nelly. During the start of the storm she came over to check all was well. Nick was already at our house putting Nelly at ease. She was VERY impressed! Thanks again for your great service.

I really appreciate how clean the cages were left and the floor. The girls were well fed and happy. I was nervous about leaving them for the first time but Nick sent a text message every couple of days just to say they were well and what they were up too. It put me at ease on my holiday. We recently had Nick look after our cat Elliot for 4 days and I wanted to let him know how pleased and grateful we are for his efforts. Aside from the standard feeding etc. Nick had to cope with a few surprises at the house (a water leak and a cat who was determined to escape through his locked cat door) and we really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond his job description. I was a bit nervous about having someone come into the house but it was a completely positive experience and we will definitely use your services again. Thanks!

Again we could not have been happier, it was clear there were plays with our Koshka, and daily brushes her fur was in wonderful condition on our return (she has 3 legs and as such is prone to matting near her back end).

Nick was wonderful and professional in everyway. He was also very flexible. Melbourne had some really hot days while I was away and my pug doesn't handle the heat very well. On these days Nick dropped by to check Harri was ok, checked his water and tried to cool him down a bit then took him for a longer walk the next day when the weather was cooler! I would definitely recommend this service to all dog owners.

We were very happy with Vanessa. She was friendly and obviously loves animals. Vanessa kept us up to date with how Rusty was doing as we were concerned about him as he had an unexpected operation just before we went away. Vanessa took the time to check on him right after his operation just took make sure he didn't have any extra needs. She took him to the vet for us and was very accommodating. Vanessa seemed like a very kind and caring young woman and we would definitely book her again to take care of our Rusty without a second thought. It was very comforting to know our precious Rusty was in such good hands.

Nick is great. I really felt that he took the time with Ebony my cat and that she got excellent care. Also great to talk to and had a lovely chat at the initial meeting. Obvious he is passionate about pets. The text message Nick sent me a few days into the caring period was lovely a pleasant surprise and gave me much peace of mind. All the extra stuff Nick attended to, like mail, rubbish bins, watering when required- was all a wonderful added bonus. Also we did come home a few days early at late notice - I wasn't expecting a credit for the 2 visits that didn't happen and was pleasantly surprised by that also.

My cats (and we too) love Nick. He takes care of Scooby and Tom as if they were his own and they love him. I'm a born worrier but when I leave my cats with Nick I don't agonise the whole vacation; I know they are well taken care of and loved. My original carer cancelled an appointment beforehand and then two days before my booking was to commence she messaged me and told me she couldn't care for my cats. Nick was brilliant though so all worked out fine in the end!

Nick had the task of looking after my 2 burmese for the first time. One cat has only recently been diagnosed with an illness that requires daily medication. I found on my return 2 happy cats & a note from my carer Nick. He had even taken on the task of cleaning up an unexpected litter accident from one of the boys & left the mop out to dry. I will be using Nick again & will recommend him highly to other people in my position.

Once again, Nick offered an excellent service sending prompt text messages, leaving a thoughtful note and looking after my cats and chickens beautifully - despite having much to contend with due to daily doves trapped in the chicken run and not much head-room for collecting eggs! This was the first time I have gone away since having my cat and the first time I have used your service. I was a little concerned about how my cat would cope. However, she appeared to have had excellent care while I was away. Nick left a very lovely note for me which demonstrated that, as well as feeding her, he had also made time to play with her. The care my cat received from Nick was everything I had hoped for. As an added bonus, my plants were all healthy. I will be using your service whenever I go away (hopefully with Nick as carer because he has given the impression he made a real effort to engage with my cat) and I have already recommended you to several friends. Sally has been absolutely outstanding!!!! She has been taking care of my sick cat that requires medication twice a day and has provided me with regular feedback on his progress. My animals have all appeared happy and content when I arrived home and the notes left on my bench have been a wonderful touch. I would highly reccommend Sally to anyone who loves their pets as much as we do. No more kennels for them!!!!!!
