Having a very naughty cat, Liz has been very patient with his naughtiness. She has been open to suggestions and willing to undertake a new method of approach. She has used her own dry cat food on occasions and has never asked for reimbursement. I'm thrilled that she is in Roger's life. My expectations are well and truly being met.

We have used this service a few times now, so are very comfortable with just leaving the key out. Our cats aren't the type to hang around people they don't know, so we're mainly after someone to put new food out and collect the mail! We have recommended LPC to others when asked what we do for holidays.

Liz is SENSATIONAL! Over the long weekend we were delayed due to flight cancellations and at the last minute Liz was able to do additional visit to check on Trixie. I know trixie can be difficult (she talks and complains a lot) but she on each occasion that we have had Liz look after Trixie, we have come home to a very happy cat! I have recommend Lonely Pet's club to everyone I know, the level of service I have received from all the carers we have had (i have moved a few times) has always been exceptional. Thank you!

Appreciated the photo. Also asked Liz to turn lights on for us as we were coming home late and this was done. Water and food bowls were full and cat tray clean. Cats were healthy and cared for. Mail brought in and key left as arranged. Our cats have never been minded by anyone other than someone living in that they knew. So it was a big step for us to leave them. Liz looked after them and we felt comfortable having her do so. I'd already met Liz via the neighbour.

Liz is just fantastic. Every time we go away she ensures everything runs smoothly, she is so thoughtful - last time we left a couple of cups unwashed in the sink and she was kind enough to wash them! And when we get home, our cats are calm and relaxed. Unlike when we used to use a cattery boarding facility - they'd be stressed and annoyed with us for a week. We love the service and are sticking with it. We never worry when we go away because we know our three are in Liz's capable hands.
