Betsy was wonderful as my cats looked beautifully brushed and were really happy when I returned home.

Our cat Smokey loves Betsy! Betsy always leaves everything in an immaculate condition, great to come home to. She is extremely caring and on our last holiday, she even sent us photo's and then afterwards sent us some more she had taken with a Christmas card. We have used her three times already and she is reliable, friendly and everything else we could want. To ask about taking in post, watering plants and taking about the bins is a fabulous service you offer too. Well done. we will be using you more.

Betsy clearly loves animals and we felt very comfortable leaving our pets (and house key!) in her care.

Betsy was great. For the first time in many years I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying about Connie and Bob. Bob was on medication, so I was a little concerned about how he would go. I am so pleased that his wounds had completely healed and he was in good spirits on our return. I would recommend Betsy to all my Western suburbs neighbors, she did a fantastic job and I would defiantly use the service again.

Betsy was excellent, she sent me regular SMS's and MMS's with pics to keep me updated. We have 2 slightly older cats and when we returned they were in great shape. Thanks so much.

Rosemary is the best and my dogs love her. My time away from my dogs is always non stressful because I know they are in loving safe caring hands. The dogs don't miss me at all and they are safe in their own environment. Rosemary treats my dogs as her own and she is the best. Your service is great to Cheers!

Lauren was friendly kept us informed and was wonderful as a pet carer. I would recommend her and your company to any one who wished to have their pets looked after. We didn’t worry once while we were away.

We were extremely impressed with Betsy - she walked our two greyhounds for a fortnight while we were away - family members/friends who just happened to be here when Betsy arrived all said our dogs were very excited to see her, and it was quite clear they absolutely loved her - we were initialy hesitant about leaving our girls in the care of a stranger, but on our first meeting it was apparent that she is obviously an animal lover and they immediately responded to her - we felt comfortable and secure leaving them with her. She even responded quickly to my sms messages to confirm that everything was fine and girls were OK. We will definately be calling to see if she is available to look after our girls when we go away again in several months time. I believe that Betsy is extremely worthy of your 'carer of the month award', she displayed excellent customer service and is an attribute to your business.

My Mum was home while we were away, and she told me how much Abby looked forward to Betsy arriving and how kind she was to Abby. Using this service gave me peace of mind while I was away on holiday and meant that my mother had a content and well-exercised dog to look after (she's 81 and a bit frail so cant walk Abby herself).

Betsy was wonderful. Very caring and gave us all the information we needed in order to trust her with our dogs and our cat. Thanks Betsy!

Buster and Max thoroughly enjoyed their walks with Betsy and she made me feel at ease knowing the dogs are in good hands, thank you.

Once again Betsy made our dogs happy while we were away. They always seem calm when we return so she must be doing something right!!! Previous careers did not have the same effect.
