Hi, I am Justin and I am your local Lonely Pets Club Franchisee.

Together with my partner Jo, we founded Lonely Pets Club in 2003. We have lived in Brunswick for the last 10 years; we are parents of three two-legged children - Joel, Isobel and Katie. But our house would not be complete without our non human family, which are our 2 dogs Rusty and Tessa, Murphy our cat, our chickens and our fish. We all help make our house a home.

I grew up on the Victorian/New South Wales border on the Murray River in a small town called Wahgunyah. My parents also had their own business, a family winery named Cofield Wines. I absolutely love getting back home, catching up with family and friends and escaping city life when I can.

I grew up on 20 acres of land and in the early days it was a hobby farm, so we were surrounded with chickens, cats, dogs, sheep, horses and cows. That is where my affinity with pets and animals began. After leaving home I realised how much I missed the menagerie and it wasn't long before I was once again surrounding myself with pets.

Being a country boy, sport was always a big part of growing up. Football, cricket, tennis and golf were my hobbies and still are today. Like most people, I just do not get enough time to enjoy them as much as I would like. I have 3 younger brothers, so finding someone to play with was never a problem.

My "pre Lonely Pets Club" working life has been predominately in the Travel and Tourism Industry. I worked for 5 years in Reservations for Qantas Airways before leaving to seek new challenges by becoming a Sales Representative for Australian Pacific Touring.

After gaining valuable sales experience, I then moved into the position of Victorian State Manager for Bentours International, promoting travel into Russia and Scandinavia. Two years later in 2003, the LONELY PETS CLUB concept was born and this is where my focus has been ever since.

I currently manage a team of dedicated pet carers to help care for all the lonely pets throughout our local area. I take great pride in my team and the service we provide and love getting to meet and interact with both pet owners and pets on a daily basis.

Having such a dedicated and local pet care team simply means that you will always have a Lonely Pets Club Carer only a phone call away. We will come in to love your pets and walk your dogs when you need us.

Our office is situated in Lygon St, East Brunswick, so please feel welcome to come in for a coffee and a chat if ever you are in the area. We would love to see you.
