Hi, I'm Nick and I am your local Lonely Pets Club franchisee, based in Preston.

I grew up in Austin, Texas, in a household of passionate animal lovers. My family was constantly rescuing stray dogs and cats and finding them homes.

I came to Australia eight years ago to attend University in Canberra and never left. Even in my single room university accommodation, I still needed to have some form of pet, and kept a number of Siamese fighting fish - all in separate tanks of course so that they wouldn't fight each other!


Nick was wonderful and professional in everyway. He was also very flexible. Melbourne had some really hot days while I was away and my pug doesn't handle the heat very well. On these days Nick dropped by to check Harri was ok, checked his water and tried to cool him down a bit then took him for a longer walk the next day when the weather was cooler! I would definitely recommend this service to all dog owners

I had worked as a music teacher in Canberra, but when I moved to Melbourne, I decided to follow my passion for animals full time and seek a career in the pet care industry. I immediately began volunteer work with Pets Haven animal shelter. One of the most rewarding aspects of working at the shelter was driving to Mildura to rescue dogs and cats that were on death row in the pound there, and seeing them find warm and loving homes.

Looking after animals all day with Lonely Pets Club is a dream come true for me. I truly understand the importance of having peace of mind, when someone else is caring for your beloved pets.

I am also currently a student at the National Dog Trainers Federation and will soon be a qualified dog trainer. I look forward to using the skills I am learning here to provide a greater quality of service to your beloved pets.

I am still a frequent volunteer at Pets Haven pro-life animal shelter and strongly recommend that those looking for a new addition to the family consider a rescue animal.

I manage a team of dedicated pet carers to help care for all the lonely pets throughout our local area. I take great pride in my team and the service we provide and love getting to meet and interact with both pet owners and pets on a daily basis. Having such a dedicated and local pet care team simply means that you will always have a Lonely Pets Club Carer only a phone call away. We will come in to love and feed your pets and walk your dogs when you need us.

"Nick is great. I really felt that he took the time with Ebony my cat and that she got excellent care. Also great to talk to and had a lovely chat at the initial meeting. Obvious he is passionate about pets. The text message Nick sent me a few days into the caring period was lovely a pleasant surprise and gave me much peace of mind. All the extra stuff Nick attended to, like mail, rubbish bins, watering when required- was all a wonderful added bonus.
