Hi, I'm Betsy Chamberlain and I am your local Lonely Pets Club franchisee.

I started as a client of Lonely Pets Club. Through being a client I got to see what a fantastic service this is and realised it's exactly what I wanted to do for a living.

I am originally from Canada and have been in Australia since 1999. I have always loved animals and had dogs growing up. I lived in inner city flats for my first 6 years in Melbourne where pets weren't allowed and I realised how much I missed having animals around.

I am now in a house in Werribee with lots of room for what my friends refer to as my "zoo". I have 2 rabbits named Buffy and Cordelia and three dogs names Anya, Xander and Buffy. Yes there are two Buffys. Buffy (the dog) is the most recent addition having been adopted from the Lost Dogs Home in December 09. I would love to rescue another dog and another rabbit in the near future.

All of my pets are important members of my family so I understand how important your pets are to you. I treat all my clients as if they were my own. I love the fact that I get to spend my days caring for animals. After over 20 years of office work this is a dream come true!

My background is in the area of customer service management, administration and training. I believe this experience will help me to run my pet care business efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service and care to your pets.

I am currently managing my team of dedicated and animal loving pet carers, to help care for all pets in and around our local area. We take great pride in the service we provide and love meeting and interacting with both pet owners and pets on a daily basis.

Having such a dedicated and local pet care team simply means that you will always have a Lonely Pets Club Carer only a phone call away. We will come in and love your pets and walk your dogs when you need us.
