Laura usually sends me an update text or video, which I appreciate. Previously she has also been helpful and flexible around getting my key from me. Whenever I've returned home I can see that everything has been done as requested. My dealings with Laura have lead me to trust in how she cares for my precious animals. I get the feeling that she cares for their wellbeing and enjoys seeing them, which is important.

You have been my saviour! I can't thank you enough for Laura and Vita's amazing, gentle, loving work of looking after our pet rats every single day while we were in Europe for two weeks! I missed my ratties like crazy but I knew they were in good hands when I meet both Laura and Vita beforehand. I just wanted to say many thanks and I hope more Ratty lovers come your way.

Hi, I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received from Laura. She sent me regular updates whilst I was overseas and 'Crash' was a very happy dog when I got home. I will be telling all my family and friends about this service and will be using you guys again. Thanks again.

It's hard to rate the quality of the service because you're not home to see it. Laura is always very friendly and gives off the right vibes when we speak, I trust she's doing the right thing and my cats seem happy.

The initial text message from Laura is always reassuring, letting me know that Kitty is fine. Followed up by another text during the period that I'm away, this trip Laura also sent a pic which was also reassuring as it indicated that Kitty was aok without us.

Laura is great with Boston, he seemed happy to have us home but not overly fussed about it! Obviously he didn't miss us that much! Lol Laura is a professional, kind and caring person and I really feel that Boston is in the best hands when we go away. It definitely helps with the going away and abandoning kitty guilts I get! Lol Thank you!

Very pleased with Laura, she really cares about your pet and took the time to send pictures , and most importantly my dog was very happy, will use her anytime we travel.
