Once you have decided when you need us, give us a call on 1300 CUDDLE or complete an on-line booking form. Once your booking is confirmed,
you will be emailed a copy of the booking details. This allows you to check that all your details were recorded correctly.
The emailed confirmation also contains information on how to use our pet tagging system.
If you are using our service for the first time, a Lonely Pets Club carer will contact you before the job begins to arrange
a time to meet you and your pets.
This allows your carer to spend some time with your pets in your presence so they are familiar with each other.
We want you to have peace of mind, knowing that both your pets and your home are OK and in the hands of someone you can trust.
When you meet your carer, make sure you have any keys required for access ready to give to him or her, as well as the phone
names and phone numbers of your vet and a local contact who can represent you, should an emergency occur in your absence. Your carer
will help you complete a registration form with all the details required, of which you will receive a copy. The form will also
detail pet food requirements, plant watering, bin tending etc and any special requirements you have.
It is important that all details discussed with your carer are entered on to the registration form; verbal details could be
misheard or misunderstood. By giving us your requirements in writing, they can still be adhered to should another LPC carer have to stand in,
for example if the carer initially allocated to you falls ill.
Before you leave, make sure there are adequate food supplies for your pet and they are placed where you specified on the registration
form for the carer to find easily.
That's it! While you're away you can rest assured that your pets are being visited daily
to be cared for by a genuine animal lover in the comfort of your own home.
