We guarantee all our carers are police and reference checked and are required to follow the Lonely Pets Club Service Standards to ensure the highest quality of service. They we will always act in the best interests of your pets in your absence.

Our Reliability Guarantee

Your booking confirmation email is your guarantee that we will care for your pets on the dates specified. We are so confident in our reliability that, should we ever forget to feed your pets, we will refund you 5 times the amount of that day's pet care up to the value of $500.
