| Dog Holiday Service | Alternative to kennels; leave your dog at home when you go away. Includes dog walking & feeding (you supply the food) plus, where time booked allows: play time, kitty litter changing, plant watering (where water restrictions permit), tending rubbish bins, back yard poop clean up, security check, bringing in mail & feeding fish.
These duties will result in a shorter walk unless Extra Time is also booked. |

Extra Visit
| The initial visit to meet you is included in your membership and is free. If you require extra visits, eg to collect/return keys or meet a new carer, the minimum call out fee is charged. |
After hours booking surcharge
| You can call the 1300 number to make a booking or to leave a message at any time without incurring the out of hours fee. However if you call the emergency mobile number to make a booking outside office hours, this fee will be charged. |
Short notice surcharge
| Bookings taken or Initial Visits required with less than 24 hours notice. This surcharge does not apply to extra visits added to existing bookings. |
| Grooming and Washing | We recommend HydroDog, available all over Australia. |
| Mobile Vet | We recommend House Calls for Pets, available in inner Melbourne and Northern surburbs. |
