High standard of service -5 Star. Easy to contact via email and phone. Friendly service from Justin and Amanda. Animals were happy and content when we got home. We will be using the service again. Thanks - Sylvia, Melton I was very happy with the service I received. Justin did much more than I expected during the time he attended to my animals, even taking my dog to the park for a play. I felt that my animals were much happier being left in their own environment, even though they missed me (hopefully). Justin also followed up with a visit to advise me how the animals went during my absence. Thanks. - Leonie, Coburg As regular travellers we are so thankful for it. We didn’t want to move our dogs out of their yard and wanted to ensure we had someone drop in to see them for peace of mind. Claudette has been great and we’d like for her to continue to look after Basil and Jordi – they’re getting to know her, and we personally like her too. It helps to know you feel you can trust someone to just walk into your home and do the right thing. Timings are good also as the dogs are used to morning and evening feeds and play time so it all co-ordinates well. Holly said that she had zoom-groomed him each day and his coat certainly looked well for it. Having the mail collected was also a bonus. We were very pleased to find our dogs happy and relaxed when we got back – they were obviously well looked after. Natasha did a great job, especially to keep the garden alive during the extreme heat. It was a nice feeling while we were away to know someone was checking in to our house and pets each day and that we weren’t relying on friends or family to go out of their way. It’s a really simple solution to the problem of going away, and i was particularly thrilled that you will also collect the mail and water a few plants for me. Usually the dogs are stressed when we go away, but they were quite calm and happy on our return, which was very reassuring. Ramona did a fantastic job, and was very tolerant of our littles dog’s stubborness and disobedience. The cats were well cared for and although we had to the make arrangements at the absolute last minute, Tally reliably ensured that everything went smoothly. All of that and during christmas as well. We are impressed. We will happily ask for Tally again and if she's not available we trust Lonely Pets Club will put us in touch with another trusty cat carer. The dogs were kept in their own environment, looked after by Leesa who was wonderful and so much more. It was really nice to know that we could trust Leesa with the house and the dogs. Expect a call for Easter! Both the dogs and us loved your service. Leesa was very friendly and loved the dogs as her own- it was great. We have only used the service once, and to be honest, couldn’t find a fault. We appreciated Leesa coming over prior to looking after them, as she got to know the dogs and that made us comfortable leaving them. It is great knowing someone is going into the house daily to check if anything is amiss and the inclusion of picking up the mail, taking in and out rubbish bins and occasional watering makes it such a fabulous service. - Barbara, Coburg Cannot recommend it HIGHLY ENOUGH. It is a preferable alternative to boarding kennels. Holly was fantastic - she left a very extensive note for us as to how the dogs went. It is reassuring to know our dogs were cared for so well in our absence. It is a service operated by people who genuinely love animals- you can’t ask for more than that. Very professional. Also love the added bonus of having the bins put out!! - Jen, Brunswick I have used both Tess and Tally and have been impressed by both of them. They were both very professional, pleasant and clearly love cats. It gave me confidence that our cat, Toto, would be in good hands thile we were away. Responses to my emails and phone calls have been prompt and friendly. When I met Leesa for the first time, I knew immediately that my pets would be in good hands. While I was overseas, I felt confident that all was well back home. Leesa even asked me to call her on the day I arrived back home so that she knew for certain that I had returned. If she didn’t hear from me, she was going to feed and walk the pets in case my return had been delayed. I thought that was a really thoughtful, caring approach. - Theresa, Yarraville We have used your service twice now and both times we have come home to happy dogs. We are very comfortable with Tally. She has presentation and confidence which makes us feel very comfortable that she will handle the dogs and make good decisions. On my return from holidays my dog seemed happy, healthy and content. This is all that I could ask for. - Mandy, Highett It was great. I had met with Roz to discuss what I was looking for and although she was nice and seemed happy with all my demands, I was nervous still. On arrival home I found some very happy animals and a very healthy garden. Roz had even done some weeding. I would use and recommend this service from now on and look forward to maybe traveling again and having the comfort of knowing my house and pets are well looked after! - Kate, Eltham Holly was fantastic with caring for Zoe and the garden. Unfortunately for Holly, Zoe decided she should try and escape whilst I was away. Holly had a very frustrating and worrying time with this; I appreciated how well she did keep me informed on what was happening. I think your service is very innovative and certainly suits my requirements. Previously I have relied on friends, not “doggy people.” One downside is that since I’ve returned every time I come home Zoe expects a walk!!. - Paul, Brunswick We were very impressed, given that we booked at the last minute for the Xmas break and Lonely Pets wasn’t the only service we looked into. However, we chose Claire, in particular, as she seemed to develop an instant rapport with our cat, Manni. Claire readily agreed to look after Manni an extra day when requested. When we arrived home, Manni looked well – fed and happy. We will use Lonely Pets services again. - Philip and Allannah, Balaclava I thought the service was terrific. From the time I emailed a general inquiry to actually booking Tash to feed the boys, the attention you gave me was great. On returning the cats were totally fine. Having them looked after in their home is ideal and very cheap! I will certainly use you in the future and have been telling others of your great service. It saved us the time and him the stress of being out of his surroundings – mind you he was still upset with us for leaving him alone (Thank you for taking the washing off the line as well) - Katrina, Brunswick Your affordable rates were very attractive – it was the same price as boarding him with the benefits of having the plants watered and mail collected. I thought it was great, it was very reassuring to know someone was caring for Elektra, and that they were reliable and accountable. I think my cat was happier too. - Kate, Brunswick I thought it was fantastic. I was getting stressed about the family taking a holiday because we had no one to look after our dog and cat. I was worried that the dog would bark and annoy the neighbours without regular exercise. It was great having our mail collected and our plants watered. I was worried about the risk of burglary whilst we were away. The service helped minimise this risk. The fee was very reasonable for the service provided. - Sue, Elwood THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT. I’VE USED YOU ONLY TWICE AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS FOUND YOU TO BE VERY GOOD. CERTAINLY MET MY NEEDS. - John, Brunswick
