I think it is fantastic. I am thoroughly satisfied – especially with Leesa as I can tell she genuinely likes dogs and have never returned home from holidays before to such happy dogs. I had peace of mind as I knew they were being walked everyday and are so much happier staying in their own environment. We will definitely be using Lonely Pets Club and Leesa again and I have recommended her service to others. Keep up the excellent standard!! - Jane, Footscray I think it’s a fantastic idea. For us, it’s preferable that the dogs stay at home and be looked after, rather than having to get them to a kennel and pick them up. That way we know they are in a secure yard, they don’t fret in a foreign environment, and are free to run around all day like they do normally. It so convenient, and it makes our holidays much more enjoyable too! The dogs also love it – we have tried them in a kennel, but as one of them is timid, he much prefers to stay at home with his mate, and have Lonely Pets come around. - Louise, Brunswick I was very pleased with the service. I came home from my skiing holiday to find two very happy cats, who greeted me with an “oh, it’s you. You’re back, then” expression. This is so much better than the stress of a) catching the cats and putting them into their traveling cages, b) driving them to the cattery with Tina being sick in her cage c) repeating the performance on return from holidays and d) finding that both, nut especially Tina, have been so stressed from the experience that they went off their food and took days to recover. Another benefit of the service is that the Club collected my mail and put the bins in and out for me, and, if it had not been the rainy season, would also have watered my garden for me. All four animals show no sign of stress and are very contented each time I return, possibly due to the fact that the dogs’ usual routine of exercise and a meal both evening and early morning is not disrupted. It’s made being away overnight so much easier – much less organisation (and expense) required. My dealings with you and your staff have also all been hassle free and enjoyable. - Kerrie, East Brunswick It is the most convenient way to ensure your cat is looked after in the familiarity of her own home. The staff are very friendly and take detailed instructions on her specific needs, i.e. medication feeding, favorite smooches. In addition my mail is brought in and my home is checked daily. My cat knows I am coming back as she has not been taken out of her environment, which relives owner anxiety. The real gauge is how happy and well she looks when I return.
