Hi, I have used this service before and was hoping if Katrina would be available again? She is a delightful lady, very trustworthy, kind and a credit to your company. - Penelope, North Ringwood It was a great relief to have someone of Melissa’s experience caring for Polly over the Christmas holidays. It was the first time I had left Polly by herself. Nothing was too much for Melissa to do. I was able to stay in contact via text messages, which reassured me that all was well. Melissa also played ball with our crazy dog each day and the extra time to “care”. Thank you Melissa for a greater good! - Tina, Ballarat Excellent- our two cats were very happy and healthy when we got back and the pot plants were watered and cared for. One of the cats has been sick and Danielle took great care to clean up so that we would never have known had she not told us- very much appreciated. Both times he has looked after Tifla we have noticed the difference in her behaviour. My husband and I use to have trouble walking Tifla but since Simon has looked after her she walks well and has more confidence in other dogs. - Fiona, Caulfield South Hi,we recently had Simon look after our aged and precious dog Charlie, plus 2 cats while we went away for 2 days. Simon paid us a pre-assignment visit and had a meeting with Charlie to establish himself - it went really well and we were confident to leave our lovely old boy in Simon's hands. Charlie requires tablets twice daily via mouth (big mouth, big teeth, big dog) plus lots of love and gently walks. Simon did all of this without a problem, and even made sure we made it home safely before returning our key. I have since recommended Lonely Pets to lots of my friends. Thank you so much for provided a much needed service in a very professional way. Kerryn is extremely thoughtful and went out of her way to make me feel at ease!!!!! (and I am a very high maintenance owner!!!) I will be recommending your service to others and will be arranging some Christmas care in the next week or so with LPC. - Kerryn, Moonee Ponds I have a 5 week old baby and an 18 month old Labrador and without Emily’s help we probably would have had to give Beau(the dog, not the baby!) away. Not only does Emily walk Beau, which ensures he is happy and healthy, but she has been training him as well. He now can walk on the lead without pulling and the best bit is that Emily has taught him to walk with the pram, meaning I can now take him on walks the days Emily doesn’t. He has also improved in his commands, especially “Drop”, which was shakey at best before Emily came along. Finally as a new mum at home, Emily always has the time for a chat and I really do look forward to her visits as much as Beau does. Emily and Lonely Pets Club has made a huge difference to me and Bear and I can’t thank them enough. - Caroline, Mooroolbark. My service this time was excellent as always. My yard is always clean and tidy when I come home. Emily has a lot of animals to care for here, but she does a fantastic job and they are all happy. I do not believe that the service could be any better. Its fantastic, I just wish that I had known about it earlier. - Pamela, Croydon Hills Ros always takes such good care of our dog Cassie. You can tell Cassie just adores Ros and the time they spend together. Ros is always very good at letting us know how Cassie is getting on and keeps in regular contact. Our bins and mail is always brought in which is a lovely touch and helps make our lives even that little but easier. Cassie is such an active dog that without Ros we would be at a loss to give her all the love and attention she deserves. Especially during the hot weather he made them as comfortble as possible. Communication was prompt and informative. Kerryn is not only reliable and dependent but takes initiative on all levels above and beyond what is required. In my last email to you I bought to your attention Kerryn's initiative on planning a fire evacuation procedure and also leaving notes for me on a matter that I had mentioned I was a little concerned with re my guys. This time Kerryn not only looked after my guys to a standard that I sometimes wonder if I could match but Kerryn also took the initiative to contact my local council re a bolt that was missing from my bin and arranged delivery of a new one for me. (I have to admit I had not even thought of this, I was just going to put up with the broken lid!!!) I don't know how you pass on very satisfied customers thoughts to your carers but I would certainly like to recommend that Kerryn receive some sort of recognition for not only her "outstanding initiative" but "caring" and "nothing is too hard attitude". I only wish there were more employees like Kerryn to be found!!! - Roslyn, Berwick I’m back from Holiday and would like to say how pleased we are with your services. Your carer, Cheryl was wonderful, she had an obverse genuine love for animals and did a brilliant job with our cat who was not stressed at all. In fact, I think he missed her visits………. We will be using your services again in the near future! - Annette, Mordialloc Kerryn was really nice and put me at ease straight away about leaving my dogs in her care. She comes across as a great animal person who goes that extra mile to look after my dogs. The dogs were well looked after and seemed happy and at ease on my return. I will definitely use her again if I go away and would highly recommend her to anyone else. - Liz, Narre Warren Now that the boys are settled at home and we're feeling a bit more confident with them, we're going to see if we can manage them ourselves. We're hoping that Ros could come for the rest of this week and then on an as needs basis. I can't praise Ros enough for the care she has provided - going well above the call of duty when they discovered that they can jump the side fence and Ros kept them with her for the afternoon. We have really appreciated Ros coming every day and the reassurance that gave us when they were so little. Thanks again and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. We'll be in touch whenever we need the boys to be looked after and we'll see you at training at Hays paddock later this month - look out! - Danielle, Kew My cat Mia is a mad Balinese who craves attention and is my baby. Whenever I go away I feel happy knowing that Fiona will come round and talk to Mia and play and just give her an hour of much needed company. I have a funky hollow that Mia shows me someone else spends far longer entertaining her than me! Fiona is reliable, friendly and I get a text telling me all about Mia's day which I love. You have a real asset to your team in Fiona. - Lynsey, Brighton Kerryn took care of my little cat Lily and 2 dogs and 2 cats belonging to my son and his fiance while we were all off to Tasmania for their wedding. Our pets were all very happy to see us come home but were all very well taken care of by Kerryn while we were away. We would like to say thank you to her for her care of our very precious little pets. - Irene, Doveton Hi Team Just a quick note to let everyone know how thrilled we are with the service we received from the lonely pets club, through Kerryn Cunningham. All our animals loved her and they were completely at ease in her presence. We had complete peace of mind on our trip and full faith in her capabilities. She went far and above the call of duty and truly provided out beloved animals with genuine care and affection, something i could not put a price on. In addition to this, she is a wonderful person to deal with. I wish her and the team all the very best in the future, although I am positive we will stay in touch. - Christine, Hampton Park Glen has been an excellent walker for my 2 dalmatians, Lilli and Lucky. They always looked forward to there walks on a Tues and Thurs every week, and have definately benefited from them, as they are more relaxed, fitter and happier. Glen would always be prompt and come whether it rained, hailed or shined! And has been a great benefit for me, whilst I worked long hours and didn't have enough time to walk my beloved doggies. Both Lilli and Lucky, will miss Glen, as we are sadly moving on, where there will be plenty of land for them to run around on. Lilli and Lucky have asked me to give Glen, a "Paws High Five" for his commitment, dedication, and caring nature towards them during there walking time together. Glen definately deserves recognition for his dedication to providing an excellent service to my dogs. - Kate, Richmond
