*Included services

Both our Dog Holiday Service and Drop In includes any/all of the following at-home services, where required, which can be fitted into the time period booked.

•	Feeding (you supply the food), play time, kitty litter changing, plant watering (where water restrictions permit), tending rubbish bins, back yard poop clean up, security check, bringing in mail, feeding fish.

NB: For a Holiday Service, these duties will result in a shorter dog walk unless Extra Time is also booked.

Christmas Day / Good Friday: On Christmas Day and Good Friday we offer a pet feeding/watering service only.

¹ Peak periods are: Christmas (15 December to 15 January), Easter (dates differ each year for Easter, please ask) and weekends which immediately precede or follow a public holiday. The Saturday, Sunday and Monday prior to Melbourne Cup Day (Tuesday) are also peak.

² You can call the 1300 number to make a booking or to leave a message at any time without incurring the out of hours fee. However if you call the emergency mobile number to make a booking outside office hours, this fee will be charged.

³ Frequently it takes 2 or 3 phone calls to find an available carer to arrange last minute pet care. This surcharge helps to cover this additional cost.
