Unfortunately, the real estate agent had provided the wrong key. This presented Marina with an obvious problem as we were on a cruise Once we gave her the agents number and were able to compare photos of the keys, Marina did a wonderful job, got the correct key from the agent an Nina was fed by the next day. Excellent effort! Cannot commend her professional efforts highly enough.

I cannot praise Marina enough for her patience with two nervous cat parents leaving their cats for three weeks over the Christmas holidays. Her daily photos were more than appreciated to ease our nerves. She managed to win the heart of our nervous cat which is no mean feat,and give love to our social guy. On return the house was tidy cats relaxed and happy and we have already booked our next trip knowing our cats are in the safest of hands. Thank you Marina!!

Marina is very professional, warm and caring. She bonded with our cat Shaba immediately. He doesn’t get close to people normally, but each time Marina visits him she sends us photos of him getting cuddles, being brushed and being his normal calm self. We highly recommend Marina and love having her visit and take care of Shaba when we are away.

Marina was a wonderful carer for our cats. She made the effort to come and meet them beforehand and got to know all important details about them. While we were away she always kept us updated with how our cats are with detailed descriptions and pictures. No wonder she has so many great reviews.

We appreciated Marina giving us updates on how our dogs were doing particularly as one was under a rehab regime after cruciate surgery some weeks prior to our departure. The photos of the dogs were also well received.

I cant comment on Marina's appearance as I never see her face to face hence the no response to punctuality too. Marina has always been pleasant and approachable to talk to and she demonstrates a lot of care towards our cat, Nika. I always feel reassured that Nika is in good hands when we are away.

Marina Butler has been caring for my Jack Russell x (Bronson) for a period approaching five years. Bronson and I met Marina quite by accident (while taking a walk at the local park), but we prefer to see it as a 'meant to be' moment.
Marina was walking some of her clients' pooches and I immediately noticed her great affinity for and knowledge of all things canine. I had been thinking of engaging the services of a pet sitter, so I decided to give Marina a go. Bronson at the time was newly-adopted from a shelter: a little overwhelmed by it all, and in particular unsure if he could trust other dogs.
With plenty of TLC at home and Marina's regular involvement, Bronson has blossomed into a confident and contented little dog who now loves to make new friends both human and canine. I genuinely believe that Marina deserves much of the credit for this, not to mention the peace of mind which comes from knowing my dog is in good hands when she is caring for him (she always sends me a photo of Bronson when she is caring for him, which I love).
Marina is one hundred percent trustworthy and reliable. In addition, she is my first 'go to' when I have queries about doggie related stuff. If Marina doesn't know, she is always able to refer me in the right direction as she is very well-connected within canine circles. In short, Marina is the real deal, and Bronson considers her to be one of his very best friends.

I've been using Lonely Pets Club now for 5 years and I love it. I have 2 demanding Burmese cats and it gives me great peace of mind that when I'm away, the cats are being loved and cared for. My local pet babysitter is Marina and she is reliable and honest but most importantly, she loves my cats and gives them lots of cuddles. Marina also keeps an eye on my house, collects my mail and brings in my rubbish bins. Highly recommend Lonely Pets Club!!

I can highly recommend Lonely Pets Club Mitcham. I needed someone to assist in giving my disabled sister's cat medication on a four day a week basis and then later on a daily basis. My sister and I could not have been more pleased with the girl from Lonely Pets Club Mitcham who helped us. A true professional who was always punctual, arrived with a smile and one hundred percent reliable. Her knowledge of animals and ability to calmly interact with them was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and on many occasions she went beyond the call of duty to assist my sister and her cat. I consider it a privilege to have met her and had her in our lives.

Marina was great, a real Cat Person. She convinced my cats (even the shy one) that she was a friend. She sent me photos of the cats playing and updated me by SMS each day she visited them. Ever since Marina came, my cats have been trying to get me to play with them all the time! Marina did a great job with the bins and a couple of extra tasks were no problem for her. She left all the empty cat food tins nicely sorted out, one less mess to come home to. Having Marina to care for the cats gave me a lot of peace of mind. I look forward to having her again. Marina is fantastic with Tiggs, she loves cats and lets me know via text that Tiggs is surviving without us, it is nice to know that the same person is looking after Tiggs who has looked after him 3 times before. It is also good to know the house is being visitedd and plants watered.

Marina has looked after our two cats many times. As they are both diabetic she visits them twice a day and not only feeds them but injects them with insulin as well. We can go on a holiday and know our pets are safe with her. She also texts us regularly just to let us know how they are going.

I just love this service! We have two cats that absolutely love their visits. One cat used to love going to a cattery but the other fretted the entire time, refused to eat and last time they both became ill so I looked for an alternative, this was it. Marina is WONDERFUL with animals and with the added security that someone visits your house every day whilst away its great value.

This was the first time these two little dogs had a puppy walker. Their owner and I were a little concerned that one of them (Rosey) would not go to a stranger but Marina worked so well with Rosey that the required walk took place each time. Marina is a superb carer, whom we would recommend to anyone seeking the highest quality home pet care.She gave more than the allotted 30 mins on several occasions because of unforeseen difficulties with the security of our dogs, which are not very outgoing, but Marina won them over completely, such is her rapport with and genuinne care for animals.

Marina was wonderful with Tilly. It was nice to come home to her note saying that everything had gone well while we were away. I was worried Tilly would be scared with a stranger in the house but she got in so well with Marina and I think really enjoyed having someone to play with and giviing her attention.

Marina went out of her way to meet with our cats prior to starting to care for them. She engaged well with all of them, which has never happened with previous carers, and I was extremely pleased by this. This also meant that the cats coped better with the separation from us than theey had previously.
