One of my dogs is old and has quite a few medications he requires. It can be onerous and I was pleased to see he was still looking fabulous on return from our trip. Seeing some pics along the way of the doggos was great too.

Paul from Lonely Pets has been looking after my dogs for a number of years and I trust him entirely to do the right thing. I book a visit for my (now solo) dog each day I'm working so her day is broken up and she gets some company and each day her water bowl is filled, she gets a treat, a walk and some playtime. She receives one on one attention, not a group playtime, all for a very reasonable cost. I know Paul was very fond of my old dog too and he gave me some photos he took of him during his visits, once he'd passed away.. Paul is totally reliable, honest and caring

Lonely Pets Club have been looking after our 2 feline family members for many years. We have never had the slightest issue with the service they provide. We have the utmost confidence in our carer Paul. We always return home to happy and well cared for pets. Paul sends us messages to reassure us the cats are fine, which means we an enjoy our time away without having to worry if they are ok. I've recommended LPC to many people and will continue to do so. It's very good value for money, but you can't put a price on being able to trust someone to look after beloved pets.

Very professional reliable service with good administrative backing. First meeting with Paul is excellent when he meets your pets and covers in detail your and your pets' needs whilst you are away. From the first phone call, I had confidence in this organisation. They were helpful in guiding me as to the most economic way for me to assess the regularity of visits to my cats while I was away- 6 weeks in all. I was impressed with the Carer's professionalism and obvious competence. I had no concerns at all in leaving my pets, or access to my home in his care. On my return, the cats appearred happy and healthy and I had a nice note telling me that they were a pleasure to mind

We had a carer called Paul who was wonderful and trustworthy.
Unfortunately he was unable to provide the highest form of the service over Easter as was injured (and completely fine with us - we did discuss it and I said all fine!).
I was a tiny bit disappointed in that I had to approach him for feedback regarding how the pups were - I think that a part of your service would really hold you in great stead is a text or even a picture text after each visit just to let your clients know that all is ok.
Overall, a fantastic service and a lovely man and we will not hesitate to call you next time and will spread the good word!

Paul has made a lot of effort to make my cat comfortable and happy, such as giving her favourite food (tuna) as a special treat. She is a shy cat but with Paul, she relaxed with him and became friendly. On my return home, she was happy, relaxed and everything was clean and orderly (post and bins had been takken card of as well).

I could tell Paul loves animals when we met and he was great with lola our dog. the only comment i have i would have preferred a bit more contact from him just to let us know things were going well. I had to text him the first night to check all was well..I was kind of expecting a text at least on the first and last visit to let us know how they were going. I knew he had obviously been every day because we had a friend housesitting so maybe thats why he didnt think it was necessary? It still would have been nice to know as our animals are a part of our family and we hate leaving them!

Paul has looked after Max and Mo several times and I have been very impressed with the quality of his care, especially as my cats are seniors. He took great trouble earlier this year when one of the cats was unwell. I thus know my cats are in very good haands when I am away.

Fantastic! Paul knew what he was doing, and seemed very efficient, practical and competent. I felt very confident leaving Louis in his care. I loved receiving the texts letting me know that all was progressing well. When I returned Louis was happy, well, and had obviously received the very best of attention. Paul called round, and from the greeting he got from Louis I know he obviously took time with him and did everything he could to make Louis feel haappy and content.

Paul was fabulous. Very responsible & contacted me overseas - only when he needed to, due to concerns about my pet's welfare (my cat had gone missing, but was just hiding from Paul!). I was nervous about leaving Alley home for the first time instead of taking him to a cattery but I won't be again! Paul was great, he sent me a text to let me know Alley was doing well and sent me pics a couple of days later. Nice to arrive home to a happy, relaxed, well fed cat without having the stress and hassle of car trip to/from the cattery to pick him up which usually leaves me wondering whether going away for a holiday was worth the hassle at all! On meeting Paul we immediately felt very comfortable leaving our pet with him, especially as this was the first time we had used this type of service. All prearranged walks were completed and our dog was very happy and healthy on our return. Paul also took the extra time to check up and converse daily with my aged mother who was house minding at the time. Additionally, Paul updated us on ours dog's condition via SMS & MMS which was both unexpected and extremely welcomed. I would not hesitate in using Paul again, or recommending him to our friends and colleagues. There was no doubt that we received exceptional value for moneey, thank you Paul.

We liked that Paul turned on the air conditioning for Pershephone when it was really hot and advised us about it. Also it wasn't a problem for Paul to water the maple tree when we asked him to as the weather was really hott when we were away.
