Bev was wonderful. Sent me photos and updates of our cats while we were away. Our cats Tom and Shadow were well taken care of, brushed and happy. A relief to go overseas and our animals and house were taken care of ??

Bev is amazing with my 2 cats - so nurturing. Her love for animals shows in the way she interacts with them. I know my cats are in the good hands and I feel comfortable leaving them with Bev. We noticed on our return they were happy, calm and had been well cared for. The garden, indoor plants & fish were also well looked after.
I highly recommend Bev.

Bev had an immediate connection with our cat who is usually nervous and shy around strangers. This was such a comforting sign for us. Bev was also friendly and obviously highly experienced in pet care and love. We wouldnât hesitate to use her again.

She holds genuine affection and regard for my cat and goes above and beyond to assist me, especially since Cardigan is elderly and her health is in decline. Bev was lovely and very professional. My cat really liked her and he doesn't like most people. She was also very good with my dog who is quiet old and needs a bit of extra attention.

Bev sent me a photo and a quick update of Oscar each morning and night visit, which I was very happy about and put me at ease. Oscar was perfectly fine when I got home and was obviously well looked after :)

Beverley is always caring, considerate and knows exactly how to make my cat feel happy and comfortable. Her messages received whilst I'm away are very reassuring and much appreciated. It's hard to leave pets alone however Beverley is a trusted and kind carer so this lessens my worry about leaving her at home. I highly recommend Beverley!!

Bev went above and beyond to make us feel confident that our two cats were in good hands. One cat requires 12 hour medication and Bev was confident with administering tablets and injections. She also sent photos and text updates to reassure us both cats were comfortable and well looked after. I would not hesitate to use Bev's services again and I would highly recommend her. Bev is an asset to the company.

Bev is wonderful and so kind to our pets.
Our previous dog Lola was a bit sensitive and wary of strangers. Bev was the only person who made her feel comfortable and put her at ease.
I love the way that she sends us text messages to let us know how our pets are going. It's very reassuring.

Bev has taken care of Ferb only a few times but she's been with me since he was a kitten. As a rescue cat from an abused past, the fact she cares for similar cats is very important. I trust her completely with him.

Bev is caring, considerate and a good communicator. We are always very happy with her looking after our two cats. They seem to respond well to Bev who gives them cuddles and pats whilst she visits.
Both cats in very good condition when we came home from holidays.

Fantastic service from Bev and LPC! We have had two carers look after our cat, and he is always super happy when we get home. Jane makes sure she spends time to play with him, and brush him. Really happy with how they care for our cat.

My carer goes out of her way to spend time with my cat and learn what he likes. She sends a note or two to my phone while I'm away letting me know he's ok, and one at the end. She always cares for him so well that he's really happy when we get home - we kbow he likes her and she makes a great effort playing and brushing him. Bev is the best!

Really appreciated the time to come out to meet us, and the cats, and the obvious love of animals displayed. I was also very happy to get a message from Bev on the first day assuring us that she had turned up and that all was in order. Given that we did not leave our house keys, and the complicated requirements I insisted on re accessing fresh water from outside, everything went smoothly, or if it didn't it was handled without fuss and I was not to know. So happy with Bev, I got the Puppy package as I work long hours and was extremely anxious leaving my 11 week old puppy alone. She text me when she left him and told me he was fine and I felt so much better knowing he had been checked on. Booking was really easy and it's not over priced by any means.

Bev was lovely and as soon as I met her I knew my two Maine Coon girls would be in great hands. This was the first time I had been away in five years and it was a huge deal for me. After having a successful experience with Lonely Pets Club, I am already thinking about where I can go next for a trip, now that I know that I can arrange for Lonely Pets Club to take care of my darling cats. Bev demonstrated a deep understanding and respect for animals during the pre and post visits with me. When we returned our pets were calm, healthy and it was noticeable that Bev had been brushing them. They looked gorgeous! It is important to me that a carer engage with pets and observe them in order to understand when something might be remiss. Our cats are FIV positive and keeping an eye on their behaviour is really important. Socialising with our cats is also a service we expect and we are confident that Bev also undertook this. Bev was punctual for her initial visit and had obviously read the job instructions so was well prepared. Billie and Rupie loved her straight away as she gave them a nice doggy massage and they didn't want her to stop! They were happy and healthy when we returned. As I wasn't there when Bev cared for Ferb I cannot fully comment on all these aspects, however, I did meet her previously and assumed she would assist Ferb as ably as possible.
Ferb was fine when I returned home, and as a difficult cat because of his fear issues, I am happy that he had not regressed to an earlier stage of progress.
Bev texted me each day with a small update and I felt confident that he was taken care of.
