This was my first time ever using a pet sitting service. I was really nervous at first.
I felt reassured after the initial quick meeting with Liz - she is very friendly and experienced.
Keys drop off and pick up was very easy.
My cats had been well looked after for the 6 days we were away - their food and and water bowls were full when we arrived.
Liz sent a few messages with updates too. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs short term pet sitting. Thank you.

Catherine was covering Liz's well deserved holiday this time. I had not met her before and I have a different cat now so this Lonely Pets booking needed a 're-set' from my previous ones. Liz has always ben fabulous and Catherine was equally so. She was understanding and patient listening to me with all of my current cat's medication and food 'fussiness'. Was away for 6 weeks, felt absolutely no need to contact Liz. though she was good enough to send a photo. Most of the trip was for work, could concentrate on that as I know that Liz is totally reliable. Cats were in top shape when I got back, only problem is that I am convinced one of them prefers Liz to her owner. Hopefully Liz is available later in the year.

In the short time I spent with Liz she seemed very friendly and efficient. I was impressed that my cat came to say hello to her - she usually runs and hides from strangers (the cat, that is). When I returned home my cat seemed very happy and relaxed so can only assume that she got on well with Liz. Appreciated the photo. Also asked Liz to turn lights on for us as we were coming home late and this was done. Water and food bowls were full and cat tray clean. Cats were healthy and cared for. Mail brought in and key left as arranged. Our cats have never been minded by anyone other than someone living in that they knew. So it was a big step for us to leave them. Liz looked after them and we felt comfortable having her do so. I'd already met Liz via tthe neighbour.

I can't answer about Liz's presentation as I wasn't there, but she is a real professional. My cats were relaxed and happy on my return, and that's the most important thing to me.

I feel very confident leaving my cats and access to my home in Liz's hands. She is attentive to any instructions and is caring and aware of my pets needs. Liz has been absolutely wonderful overall while caring for our spoilt princesses!! They seem completely happy and healthy on our return which is all we wanted. She went above and beyond what she was actually required to do which I appreciated very very much. She was great at quickly dropping us a text to let us know that everything was going ok which helped ease my anxiety. I'm glad we decided to go with Liz over sending the dogs away to a kennel which is what we normally did as they got to stay in their own familiar environment and the value for money was better. I will definitely recommend Liz to other friends in the neighbourhood and we will use her again no worries at all....that is if she can stand our needy brats agaain!!!?? lol!

Liz is amazing! My cat is so relaxed and happy when I come home and Liz sends me messages and pictures to ease my mind while I'm away. Liz gives me so much confidence that he is in good hands, even with his fussy diet, tablets and ointment. I also felt an immediate connection with Liz from the moment we met, and it was incredible to see Gus' welcome her so enthusiastically.

Liz, as always continues to provide amazing service. Trixie always is happy when I get home after being cared for by Liz. Liz is super great with communication - advising in advance that she was unable to personally visit Trixie, and explained who would bee conducting the visit.

After being away for more than 3 weeks, we came home to a very happy cat. Although she is very old and her health is a bit dodgy, she had been eating really well, and it very healthy! So very happy with the super great service we receive from Liz. Additionally, with some horrible flight changes and delays, we were able to contact Liz directly (in the middle of the night) to arrange for an extra visit... with no problems. It is very reassuring to know that we can go away and Trrixie is well cared for.

Liz is fantastic. She cares about cats. I didn't worry at all knowing she was checking on them. Milly would have enjoyed the company very much and although Alice remained hidden, I know she still ate her dinner - I could tell - she always leaves a couple of pieces on her plate. Milly and Alice were 110% when I got home. Usually they stay at the Vet's cattery and it takes Alice a day or so to settle. But Alice was playing with her toys and Milly was snoring when I got home, fabulous!

When my partner and I met Liz on the Thursday, we were very relieved to find out that she owns 6 cats of her own and she came across as a very friendly and warm person. She instantly went to Ms Angel for a pat (and Ms Angel acknowledge Liz - unusual for a stranger in the house). We chatted with Liz for at least half hour, walked her through the flat and do's/don'ts for Ms Angel. When Liz left, I said to my partner ''I know I can now go on holidays and know Ms Angel will be looked after'. And I was right, Liz did a great job with Ms Angel and she seemed well fed and happy when we arrived home. I appreciate that Liz took good care of my baby, and I'd be very happy to recommmend Liz and the Lonely Pets Club to others, and to also use again when we go on another holiday. Thanks for keeping my baby safe whilst I wass gone. Kind regards.

My carer was very professional and obviously loves animals which made me feel much more comfortable leaving my cockatiel Tarki in her care. Liz sent me pics and a few sms's during the week I was away to let me know how Tarki was which was great and I also think it is great that you have carers come and meet the owner and pet beforehand, it helps the ownerr feel more at ease.

My cat Pandora has just been diagnosed with Asthma which means she has to have tablets and inhalers each day. When I called Liz to ask how she felt about giving Pan these medications Liz was very reassuring and said she was very comfortable with dealing with these things. It meant that I could continue to do my job which requires regular travel with outt worrying about my cat.

Having a very naughty cat, Liz has been very patient with his naughtiness. She has been open to suggestions and willing to undertake a new method of approach. She has used her own dry cat food on occasions and has never asked for reimbursement. I'm thrilled that she is in Roger's life. My expectations are well aand truly being met.

Liz immediately endeared her self to us (again!) by being so focussed on our needs and wishes and those of our dog, Happy. She took the trouble to text that all was well (she detected a person (me!) with separation anxiety. I felt totally confident that Liz would carry out the arranged care of Happy, and she did! He was fed, walked, cared-for and quite relaxed (nothing chewed or shredded!). Liz also watered plants and brought in mail and newspapers. We received very good and valuable service. Definitely we will recommend your service to others, and will use you again when family is unavailable to care foor Happy. Thank you!

Liz is SENSATIONAL! Over the long weekend we were delayed due to flight cancellations and at the last minute Liz was able to do additional visit to check on Trixie. I know trixie can be difficult (she talks and complains a lot) but she on each occasion that we have had Liz look after Trixie, we have come home to a very happy cat! I have recommend Lonely Pet's club to everyone I know, the level of service I have received from all the carers we have had (i have moved a few times) has always been eexceptional. Thank you!
