I really love that Jess has been our career for the last few years and our cat now knows her and is comfortable when she’s there. She always follows any instructions completely and leaves a lovely note when she goes. We had one time when I forgot to leave the key and she was really great helping us sort out the problem - she’s great!

We love the care and support Jess provides to our pets and generally to our home while we are away. We love travelling but do miss and fret about our pets while away, so having someone like Jess caring for them is enormously reassuring. She is very approachable and communicative, quickly responding to any queries we might have while away. We could not recommend her more highly!

It gives us peace of mind knowing Jess will send us some texts & photos of our cat while we're away. Just enough to know all is well. Also appreciate Jess's patience with our bitey cat

Our cat is shy and timid, but Jess quickly won her trust. We could tell that Jess is very confident and sweet with animals, and we felt very much at ease knowing that she was taking care of our little one :) Jess was also very patient with me and my 100 post-it notes of instructions, and carried out all the tasks perfectly.

Jess was prompt in replying to my messages, for example about getting our keys to and from her. We appreciated that she let us know after the first day that all was well with our cat and also that we got some catch up messages while we were away. When we got home, we were happy to find Clementine well and settled!

Jess has been looking after our pets for quite sometime now and I trust her implicitly. She is calm, reliable and the cats love her. I was so happy when we returned from our holiday and our indoor cat Minty was waiting for us in the front window purring her heart out. Even our elusive outdoor cat Jaffa was happy to see us and since Jess cat sat been hangs around a lot more!

We’ve been using LPC for several years now and have been lucky to have Jess look after our pets each time. I’d be happy to use other carers but it’s great when she’s available because she know our place and our cat really well. If ever there’s an issue, (like my cat hiding!) she’s really easy to deal with on the phone. Love LPC and would recommend to anyone.

I loved meeting Jess and dealing with her while she was looking after our cat Millie. Jess was great at keeping in touch, and very friendly and efficient. She's a lovely person and obviously has a calm, soothing way with our cat, who is usually very timid. Millie showed no signs of stress at all after our time away.

Jessica understood Lily's anxieties and dealt with them very effectively. When I returned Lily was neither hyped up nor clingy. She received a 'good report' from Jessica (left for me in writing!). Now that I know Lily can cope with being left overnight, I will use Lonely Pets for her again.

We continue to be really (really, really) happy with Jessica. She's reliable and proactive i.e. if anything is amiss with the house or the cats, she'll let us know. Also very flexible/responsive to what means of communication we have availability that trip e.g. email, text, facebook. Our friend who drops in for gardening stuff also mentioned how nice she is :-)

Jess had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with medicating Beauty, something I was not expecting when I had initially booked. She dealt with my Mum while I was overseas and my Mum had nothing but high praise for Jess and her professionalism. I felt extremely guilty for this unexpected added pressure, and can't thank Jess enough for her commitment.

My cat Stella is very anxious, so I was concerned about leaving her for a week, the first holiday since she joined the family. I needn’t have worried. Jess took great care, was patient and let Stella set the pace. I came home to a relaxed kitty, will be happy to leave her in Jess’ care in the future.

Hi Jessica looked after my cats at Xmas.
While I have not met her in person - she sent me an email on Xmas day to say that they were okay and left a note when I got back.

Jess is a wonderful carer for Beauty and Hady. The fact that she can get snuggles out of them, when they are usually shy and timid around strangers, attests to Jess's love for animals. She always leaves me quite lovely notes at the end of each visit as well. Thanks Jess.

Geddy was shiny, happy, healthy and full of exciting cat news when we got back from our holiday. Jess did a great job of looking after him even when he decided to be shy for a few days, then really loud about going outside, and being WAY too enthusiastic with his litterbox. Thanks so much! :)

We were very happy with the service we received. We genuinely felt that Jess gave our cats the same love and attention that we would give them. She contacted us after her first visit to say she found everything and that the cats were OK..... That really put our minds at rest and we absolutely enjoyed the rest of our holiday knowing our cats were being well looked after. We also loved that our mail was being collected each day and the bins went out. Such a fantastic service!!! Thank you - Sarah
