I didn't get to meet Bec this time so I have not commented on presentation or punctuality. However, I found Bec to be a fantastic carer who went beyond her call of service and kept us informed about Milly which is very re-assuring when you are overseas. I absolutely trust her and would definitely recommend Bec and Lonely Pets Club to other pet owners.

Extremely happy with Lonely Pets Club. Wish I had joined years ago. LPC has given me freedom to not have to rely on others. Our carer Bec is fantastic with my cats - one of which is a timid rescue and the other who has arthritis. Bec texts me to let me know she's been which gives me peace of mind. I trust Bec 100% to look after my cats with the same care I would. Cannot recommend highly enough and have used multiple times.

Bec doesn't have an easy job with our cats, having to visit twice a day at specific times, and give tablets as well as inject our scaredy cat. She does this superbly every time. We wouldn't be able to leave our pets if it wasn't for Bec! She is amazing.

She is an absolute angel, I am very comfortable to go out for dinner or go away knowing that my precious furbabies will be visited by Bec. I don't trust anyone else with them but her. That says ALOT.

I didn't actually meet Bec face to face as mine was a short notice booking. She did make contact by phone within hours of the booking, was very friendly and courteous and obviously cared for animals and wanted to know as much as she could about our cats. Bec did an amazing job of looking after my cat Pingu. She really took a load off my mind! I was worried about putting Pingu in a cattery when i had to go out of town for a week as it had distressed her so much the one and only time she had stayed in such a place. Being a rescue cat with a difficult history she is in constant need of security and reassurance. Bec came everyday and played with her, even sending me lovely emails everyday to let me know how Pingu was doing. I came back to a super relaxed and happy Pingu who was eating well and ready to play!! Thank you to Bec for doing such a great job, I will definitely be asking for your help again and recommending you to my friends!! - Victoria
