Jane was, as always, excellent looking after our cat, Delice. She communicated with us when she had concerns about her health and kept us informed, allowing us to make the best decisions for Delice. It made us feel on top of the situation and comfortable that Jane was looking out for our pet.

This is the 2nd time we have used Jane and she is fantastic she keeps us up to date with what is happening with Patch and sends us pictures of him (when he sits still long enough) It's great when we are away that we know Patch is being well taken care of it's one thing we don't have to worry about although we still miss him but know he is in good hands.

Jane was fantastic as always. Our cats are always very relaxed when we come home after Jane has been looking after them.

This is our 2nd time using Jane, due to a family bereavement we had to quickly arrange a pet sitter and it was a relief to have Jane look after Bonnie again. Bonnie loves Jane and we felt at ease to have our fur baby cared for by a reliable carer. Thanks again Jane we really appreciated having you take care of Bonnie at short notice. No doubt we will book you again for our next adventure.

Jane has looked after my babies for a number of years now and I can’t fault her. She’s caring and loving towards them and they seem to cope really well while I’m away. Jane keeps me updated and is always professional and friendly. I’d recommend her to anyone. I totally trust her to take care of my babies without hesitation. thanks Jane

Jane was amazing with our greyhound, it was our first time leaving her for that long and with anyone. It was a real peace of mind to have Jane. We will certainly be using Jane again.

My Lochie loved Jane as evidenced by him coming out to see her when she dropped key house off. He is a very anxious shy cat normally and was completely relaxed with Jane.

Jane is always Mr Pudding’s favourite visitor. So much so, that when I returned, Mr Pudding met me at the door with an air of disappointment because it was me and not Jane - after all, we’ve had months of lockdown!

Jane has been providing visits for Mr Pudding for a number of years now. Jane acknowledges the bookings with a quick message confirming the booking times and messages when visiting to let me know how things are going. It provides me with peace of mind which is of high value to me.

I think we have used Jane about 10 times over the past few years and are just so happy with her cat sitting. She goes above and beyond and really great at communicating. We will continue to use her when we go away. We have such peace of

Jane has been taking care of our cat Cleo for a few years now, and she is the best! I know I can go away stress free, and Cleo is in safe hands. Cleo loves her, and I always receive updates from Jane when I'm away. Highly recommend.

Jane visiting Mr Pudding for some time now when I need to duck away for a couple of days to visit friends and family. Mr Pudding appreciates being able to stay at home instead of being taken somewhere, and Jane provides me with a genuine sense of security and trust

I have been using Lonely Pets Club for over 3 years now. I appreciate the service and the trust that my pet carer provides to me and my pet. My carer keeps me updated after each visit, and the office provide great service when I have needed to call them, including last minute bookings.

This was the first time carer Jane had taken care of my 2 cats. She was an excellent carer and her communication was great. She gave me a ring before visiting and provided me with her mobile number, dropped me a text message after her first visit and left me a lovely note on her last visit. Cats both happy and healthy and I will be asking for Jane again next time I book - Marie
