Karen always takes wonderful care of Charlie when we go away. She sends us regular updates and we always come home to a very happy cat! He is very timid by nature but comes out of hiding and allows Karen to pat him so she has been able to form a great bond with him. We can relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that he is happy and in great hands!

Karen was simply wonderful in caring for our precious kitty Melvin Van Peebles. She completely understood his needs and his personality from the get-go and was highly responsive and attuned to us . Would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a trusting, caring and reliable human for their non-human family members!

We have had Karen numerous times to look after other pets we have had and she has always been reliable and caring. This time she took care of our newly adopted dog with separation anxiety. She sent numerous messages and photos about how our dog was going and it made us feel less worried. Our dog looked happy and comfortable. Karen always goes that little extra not just walking our dog but also playing with her and talking to her. Thank you Karen we will certainly ask for you again!

Karen is a dedicated carer and it was very reassuring to know that she was looking after our cat, Jinx. Karen came to visit us, to meet our cat and see the set up, in good time. She regularly sent updates and photos and Jinx looked very happy indeed. When we arrived home, everything was neat and clean and Jinx was in great shape. I can't recommend Karen highly enough. She's a very kind and reliable person and I'm grateful to have met her through Lonely Pets Club.

Would suggest a text msg check-in for each day paid to visit, even if animal is not around eg. ‘Cat was not in house but dry food eaten from yesterday and pot plant watered’

Karen is friendly, considerate and trustworthy. She came to meet us and our pet and to get familiar with our home before the care period. She kept in touch close to the start date to confirm it. She sent us every day news and a photo of our cat. The cat's tray had been cleaned and its bowl was filled with dry food when we returned. The cat did not seem distressed. Everything went as expected.

Karen has looked after my cats several times and each time they are happy and look great when I get home. Even my timid girl comes out for pats and a brush for Karen. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Karen was fantastic and very adaptable when I had some last minute changes to my arrangements. Really appreciate that she made the time to come and meet the kitties before I left. She kept in touch during the period and made me feel like my kitties were in very good hands.

Want to thank Karen again for her excellent assistance looking after Nellie whilst we were away and also keeping us up to date as to how Nellie was going, specially with the hot weather. Karen also collected mail and was prepared to water the garden as needed and cleaned up after Nellie. A service I will recommend to others needing pet home care.

I returned home to happy cat. I take that as a good sign that he was well cared for. In the past when we would put him in a cattery we would always return to a thinner, skittish cat. So it's great that we can confidently leave him and know he was looked after. Karen was an exceptional carer. I was a little worried this time as I've never left him whilst he needs to take daily medication but I had nothing at all to worry about, Karen looked after him beautifully.

We have had Karen before and she has once again taken extra care of our cat Misty. On our return Misty seemed content and happy and all instructions were followed. I love how Karen sends us photos of Misty occasionally to reassure us that she is ok.

My cats were in excellent condition when I returned home. Karen did a terrific job. Everything was done to my satisfaction... As I have used Karen previously - we get on fine and so do the cats. Karen in turn adores my Nudies and this is reflected in the care given.
I would gladly refer colleagues/ friends etc to use Lonely Pets and I do recall one of my colleagues following up on my recommendation...
As I have another trip planned for mid year and I will certainly use Lonely Pets again for care of my Nudies. Having police checked people also adds to the sense of security...
Thanks to everyone who cared for or did the office side of things. Great job and I look forward to using your services again in the future.

We are always so pleased to have Karen look after our Koda. Karen always communicates well with us and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is 'right' while we are away. On our recent trip our gate broke and Karen did everything possible to secure the premises so Koda stayed safe. This wasn't an easy task - Karen moved large, heavy logs and bins! Karen also bought Koda a chew toy to keep her entertained while she mended our gate!! We are so very grateful. Karen is wonderful.

Karen has done a great job looking after Pinot and Oscar.
In previous companies they have provided a daily diary update of how the cats are doing - I just provides peace of mind. I have asked karen to do this. It's something you could consider going forward across all your careers. I love the ease of the service and the care you give to my fur barbies.

Karen did an amazing job with Frankie while I was overseas for two weeks. She not only fed and looked after Frankie, but she kept the place nice and tidy, took in my mail and kept in contact letting me know Frankie was well and even sending me picture messages of my baby. When I came home Frankie looked very well and was happy to see me and I had a note from Karen saying how well behaved Frankie was and how sweet she was.
